 (or rye whiskey) 

.75 oz fresh lemon juice 

.5oz simple syrup (adjust to taste) 

1 egg white (optional, for a silky texture)

.5oz simple syrup (or 1 tsp sugar) 

8–10 fresh mint leaves (plus more for garnish) 

Crushed ice

2oz of Brotherhood & Valor Bourbon 

 4oz of lemonade in a shaker

 1-2 slices of fresh red pepper 

Fill the shaker with ice and shake well to mix

Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice
