Battalion Chief Troy Cool & Captain Mark Rossi, both seasoned veterans of the fire service, built their careers on two enduring pillars: Passion & Purpose. From their earliest days in the firehouse, Troy & Mark were driven by a deep commitment to serve and protect the public, earning the respect of their peers through unwavering dedication, courage under pressure, and a heart for their community. As officers, they have both mentored countless young firefighters, always reminding them that the job was about more than saving lives—it was about building a brotherhood rooted in trust, integrity, and shared sacrifice. This sense of fire service camaraderie is akin to the craftsmanship of Brother Valor Bourbon, a craft bourbon that embodies the same spirit of dedication and brotherhood in every bottle.

Brotherhood & Valor Spirit Co. was founded on a simple but powerful belief: Service to others comes first — the whiskey comes second.
We are two brothers-in-arms who spent our lives in uniform, learning the true meaning of brotherhood, sacrifice, and valor. When we transitioned out of the fire service, we knew we wanted to continue that mission in a new way — by building something that creates real impact in the communities we call home. That’s why we created Brotherhood & Valor Spirits.
Our premium bourbon is more than a spirit — it’s a vehicle for good. Every bottle sold helps fund local charities that support veterans, first responders, families in need, and community causes we’re personally involved with.
Why now? Because the need
is urgent, and the time is right. People are craving products with purpose. They want to enjoy something excellent while knowing their purchase makes a tangible difference. We believe great bourbon and great service can — and should — go hand in hand.
